Cookie Time

She loves her cookies and she is definitely a mess after she is done, but a mess has never been cuter. We are doing good I am almost done with my summer semester and I think I am doing very well. Scotty is loving his part time job and being a stay at home dad. I love having him home too. Kennidee is getting so big she is seven months and is trying to crawl. She is getting up on her knees, but she doesn't know where to go from there.

These are some cute pictures that I took of Kennidee, man she is so adorable. Can you believe she is almost seven months old, she is starting to wiggle around on the floor almost getting up on her knees to crawl. AHHHHH! I can't believe how fast she is growing up.


This one is my least favorite picture, I don't really like the colors of the flower. However I love her face in it. This is one of her favorite faces to look at. In translation it mean " are you serious do you have to do that"

Bath time

So I am such a bad mother, I had to take these pictures she was so cute. I picked up the camera and snapped the picture and she slipped and fell in the sink and hit her cheek on the edge and got a little bruise I felt terrible.

First visit to the zoo

On Wednesday at the zoo it was military day so we were able to get into the zoo for free. So we decided to take Kennidee on her first visit to see all the animals. We had a lot of fun even though some of the animals were inside because of the heat.

Time with our families

It was great to see our family again, Kennidee had so much fun playing with her cousin Kyler. Kennidee is a screamer so every time she would scream Kyler would start crying. It was so sad and funny all at the same time.

Our New Kitty

So Wednesday Scotty and I were going on a date to see the movie "Get Smart" which is absolutely hillarious I highly recommend it. Any ways Scotty was pulling out of our garage and he noticed something black hiding in a corner behind a pile of junk. He first thought it was a rat but we soon found out to his dismay that is was a bran new kitten. I took it in the house and gave it a bath and some food and decided I wanted to name it Mator like Tamator with out the "Ta".
So far things have been okay Trixie doesn't know what to think she attacked him/her last night and cut the gums but has been doing better today. Kennidee loves it she keeps grabbing at it. It's been alot of fun I even think Scotty is starting to like it.

Grandma and Grandpa were going home and we stopped them because they had something suspicious in their bag. I wonder where Kennidee is?

Grandma came to visit and she gave her some red licorice. MMMM she loved it, she wouldn't let me take it away. She loves when grandma and grandpa come down.

She is now sitting up I am such a proud mother. Granted she doesn't do it for very long, but it was long enough for me to stand up and get my camera and take a picture.

We took Kennidee camping Memorial weekend and she enjoyed being with grandma smith. She is the one holding her and great grandma smith on the left. We stayed in a camper it was a little cold her hands were little ice cubes so we pulled in bed with us and she stayed really warm the rest of the night.

Just to translate this look she is wondering why her mother is acting like a dufus. Oh she is so darn cute.

Over Memorial Day weekend we decided to go up to Pocatello and visit Gandma and Grandpa Holmes. We had so much fun watching Kennidee interact with her grandma and grandpa. We wish we could see them more.


On the way back to the farm in Thatcher we stopped off in Downy Idaho to visit Granpa Keith and Grandma Murley(?) and let them meet Kennidee for the first time. It was alot of fun Grandma loved smelling Kennidee she thought she smelled good.

Happy two Year anniversary! Scotty and I celebrated our two year anniversary at the Anniversary Inn in the Italian Gondola. We had alot of fun but we missed our little Kennidee so we hurried home to her the next morning.
